PRIVACY POLICY
At Nūr Aesthetics, protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information is of utmost importance. Any personal or confidential information collected will be used solely to deliver the services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties. Your data is only shared with trusted parties when required by law or necessary to facilitate services, such as payment processing, and only with your explicit consent.
Nūr Aesthetics employs stringent security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED CONSULTATIONS
At Nūr Aesthetics, your safety, satisfaction, and well-being are our top priorities. To ensure the best care and results, all clients must complete a consultation before any service. This allows our providers to assess your needs, review your medical history, and ensure treatments align with your goals and overall health.
During the consultation, the provider will medically evaluate and clear you to proceed with the desired service. It also provides an opportunity to discuss treatment options, including benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
DEPOSIT POLICY
At Nūr Aesthetics, we require a non-refundable deposit to schedule and secure all appointments. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will not be refunded but will be banked and can be applied toward a future appointment.
A new deposit is required each time an appointment is scheduled, even if a previous deposit is banked.
REFUND POLICY
At Nūr Aesthetics, all charges paid by clients, including deposits for procedures or treatments, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on services provided.
In exceptional circumstances, Nūr Aesthetics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a credit for any charges paid. This policy ensures transparency while maintaining the highest standards ofcare for our clients.
CANCELLATION/LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY
At Nūr Aesthetics, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We aim to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for all clients.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we
may need to adjust the duration of your service to accommodate other clients’ schedules. At the provider’s discretion, appointments may also need to be canceled and rescheduled if there is not enough time to perform the service.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• No Call/No Show: All no-call/no-show appointments will result in a $100 service fee for aesthetic services. For all other services, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING POLICY
To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients effectively, we have implemented the following rescheduling policy:
• Rescheduling Limit: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to three (3) times.
• Cancellation and Forfeiture: After the third rescheduling, any further requests to reschedule will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Additionally, any deposit paid for the appointment will be forfeited.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
At Nūr Aesthetics, the following payment methods are accepted for all services and treatments:
• All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• Cash payments are accepted. Please ensure you bring the exact amount, as change may not always be available.
• We partner with third-party financing companies, such as Cherry or CareCredit, to offer flexible payment plans for eligible clients.
• Contactless payments via mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or similar platforms are accepted.
